The business, which recently announced a 30% increase in turnover in 2021/2022 compared to the previous year with revenues up from £20 million to £26 million, is focusing on key areas of the market including butter portions into the fine dining on-the-go market for airlines, railways and cruise liners, and bulk butter into bakeries, patisseries, foodservice and manufacturing sectors.
The company, which was founded in 2019 by dairy industry specialists, David Evans and Kevin Beer, supplies a diverse range of premium quality British and Irish cheese to a growing home market and international customer base.

We work with cream producers, blenders and packers to maintain competitive pricing and premium quality for our trade butter customers which include major international catering companies serving railways, airlines, cruise ships, restaurants, lounges and hotels across the world as well as niche fine food outlets.”
Fellow co-founder, David Evans added: “We are delighted with the success we are having with our trade butter offer across the various formats. We are excited with how this part of our business is expanding and we are always on the lookout for new opportunities with our suppliers and customers. These are exciting times for us as a business as we strive ahead with our ambitious growth strategy.”
