The 2025 FMT Food Industry Awards photo gallery and video review have been published online, as organisers reflect on a very successful 2025 ceremony.
This year’s awards ceremony took place on Thursday 26th June at the 5-star Royal Garden Hotel in London, with songman, actor and comedian Gary Wilmot announcing the winners.
A full photo gallery can be viewed here, and a short video highlighting some of the key moments from the ceremony can be accessed by clicking here.
Take a look back at this year’s ceremony:
Diane Christie, head of innovation at ABP Linden, who won the Best New Product Development and Best Frozen Product categories, commented: “It means so much to win these two awards, mainly because we’re really proud of the products that we produce, but also it’s a testament to the hard work of everybody else back home. It’s great for them to get the recognition on that!”
Graeme Rolinson of Rolinson Group commented: “It is our first opportunity to be a partner for these prestigious awards and, as usual, it has been a wonderful day. Everyone likes to receive an award and to have an opportunity to participate and support this initiative is very welcome. Congratulations to all the winners and finalists this year.”
“I am delighted and humbled to be receiving the Food Industry Champion Award for 2025,” said Bob Carnell, CEO of ABP UK, on his win. “Having spent 35 years in the industry, I have been championing the food industry all my life. I am extremely proud of what the industry offers and stands for, the resilience of the sector and the opportunity for people from all backgrounds to grow and develop and maximise their potential.
“I’m grateful to my colleagues (past and present), customers and other stakeholders across the industry for their ongoing support and those that nominated me for this award. Thank you to you all.”

Speaking about the FMT Food Industry Awards, host Gary Wilmot stated: “I think it’s really important to show people that they’re doing a really great job, not just for the public, because very often people just buy a product, eat it, and go, ‘Well that was nice’, and go back for some more.
“It has been a most enjoyable day and meeting and speaking to the winners it is clear these awards are very special to recipients.”
A full review of the 2025 awards will be available in a special magazine to be published shortly, both in print and online as a digital edition.
