Voting for the 2024 Women In Meat Industry Awards is now open, with organisers reporting a record number of nominations this year.
The popular annual awards ceremony will be hosted by TV presenter and tennis star Annabel Croft on Friday 29th November this year at the five-star Royal Lancaster Hotel in London.
Following the voting period the list of finalists will be revealed and published ahead of the ceremony.

- Meat Businesswoman Award – Manufacturing/Processing
- Meat Businesswoman Award – Craft Butchery

- Meat Businesswoman Award – Trade Body
- Meat Businesswoman Award – Livestock Procurement & Sustainability
- Meat Businesswoman Award – Wholesaling
- Meat Businesswoman Award – Independent Retailing
- Meat Businesswoman Award – Industry Supplier
- Meat Businesswoman Award – Training & Education
- The Rising Star Award
- Meat Businesswoman of the Year Award
In 2023 the Women In Meat Industry Awards website recorded over 100,000 visitors during the voting period, and organisers are preparing to reach new industry engagement records this year.
Joanna Thomson, editor of Meat Management magazine, added: “This year’s programme has received a fantastic response as colleagues, suppliers and friends were keen to see those around them celebrated.
“We are now inviting people from across the industry to vote for their winners – once again we have some excellent nominees this year!
