Ingredients supplier Prosur has revealed its new collaboration with Dalziel Ingredients, a supplier of custom ingredient blends in the UK and Ireland.
Prosur, which is based in Spain, said the partnership “marks a significant step” in expanding the company’s presence in the UK and Irish food markets.
It went on to say that the collaboration would combine its clean-label, natural ingredient technologies with Dalziel Ingredients’ manufacturing and local customer-needs knowledge.
Prosur said UK and Ireland food manufacturers would benefit from its portfolio of natural ingredient solutions, which focus on clean-label, flavour and colour stability, shelf-life and pathogen control, with support from Dalziel’s teams and network of storage and distribution sites.
