The product nomination deadline for entries into the Meat Management Industry Awards 2023 has been extended by the organisers to Wednesday 14th June.

Lead organiser Sharon Yandell said: “With companies still wanting to enter their products we felt it only fair to offer a nomination extension and be as supportive as we can. It also means that we can give everyone the opportunity to participate in the biggest Awards event in the meat industry calendar. It also means more businesses stand the chance of receiving high profile recognition at the Meat Management Industry Awards ceremony this coming September, either as a winner, a finalist or as highly commended. But remember you need to be in it to win it.”

Product categories are:

  • Britain’s Best Burger
  • Britain’s Best Meat Pie
  • Britain’s Best Sausage
  • Best Poultry Product
  • Best Free From Product
  • Best Bacon Product
  • Best Pork / Pigmeat Product
  • Best Lamb Product
  • Best Beef Product
  • Best Red Meat Product

Voting in the other non-product categories is also still available, go to meatmanagement.com/awards.

The finalists and winners will be announced at a black-tie awards ceremony planned to take place at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole Hotel on 12th September. Tables and tickets can be reserved now online at www.meatmanagement.com/awards-tickets.
