Nominations to enter products into this year’s UK Sausage Week competition are exceeding expectations and, to allow a little more time to cope with the volume of product entries, organisers have confirmed a few days deadline extension to Friday 2nd August.

This will be the last day when sausages can be nominated. All entries are free of charge and there are eight categories, plus the additional Supreme Sausage Champion Award. To enter click here.

Organiser Libby Goodwin commented: “We have had another outstanding response this year and we have also had a number of requests for a bit more time, hence the decision. We are all really looking forward to the judging process.”
