The Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) has released new guidance to businesses on setting up food delivery and takeaway services in response to Covid-19 restrictions. 

Following new Government restrictions placed on public houses, restaurants, cafes and other similar businesses in response to the Covid-19 pandemic, many food businesses are considering diversifying to provide food from their existing menus or new dishes for delivery or takeaway.

CIEH’s flagship guidance will support businesses to trade safely, adhere to government advice and restrictions, and keep their staff and customers safe.
