Rolinson Group has confirmed that it has signed an exclusive distributor agreement with Scanvaegt Systems and that it will represent Scanvaegt in both the UK and Irish markets.

The agreement marks a meaningful reunion between Scanvaegt and two directors at Rolinson Group — Graeme Rolinson and Matthew Wood — both of whom have previously held key roles at Scanvaegt.

Commenting on the news, Jan Elgaard, the CEO of Scanvaegt Systems, said: “We are delighted to be partnering with Rolinson Group and working once again with Graeme Rolinson and Matthew Wood. This team has a proven track record of success with the Scanvaegt brand and possesses deep knowledge and experience — not only with our product portfolio but also within the food industry. This partnership is an extremely positive step forward on our strategic growth journey.”

Graeme Rolinson, director at Rolinson Group, added: “Having initially joined Scanvaegt just over 20 years ago, being able to represent them in the UK and Irish markets again through Rolinson Group is amazing.

“Scanvaegt is at the top of its game when it comes to weighing and automation technology in both food and non-food sectors, and we are delighted to be representing them exclusively.”

With full access to the Scanvaegt product portfolio — including the newly launched Scanvaegt ScanCut 400 portion cutter — Rolinson Group is anticipating great interest in the range of products available for both service and sales.
