The final nomination deadline for the 2026 Women In Meat Industry Awards is Friday 26th June. Once all the nominations are accepted there will be a shortlist posted online by the end of July and voting across various categories will then commence.
The annual awards initiative celebrates women across the UK making outstanding contributions to the meat sector. It is the only initiative of its kind, rewarding hard-working women each year.
All winners will be revealed at an exclusive awards ceremony and dinner taking place at the 5-star Royal Lancaster Hotel in London on Friday evening 20th November 2026.
Meat Management editor Gwen Mostyn commented: “It’s incredibly important that we celebrate the women in the meat industry going above and beyond what is expected of them. Many are fantastic role models.
“With the nomination deadline upon us, anyone who has not yet nominated can do so on the official website – the process is quick, easy and free. This year’s ceremony is set to be another unique and very special occasion, so make sure you have booked your tickets. It is an evening not to be missed!”
