Nominations for the 2023 Women In Meat Industry Awards close this Friday, 7th July. Organisers are encouraging those within the British and Irish meat industry to nominate outstanding individuals within the sector for awards across 12 categories.

The process of selection will then be followed by a voting period which will open online at the end of the month. Finalists then have the opportunity to attend the 2023 Women In Meat Industry Awards presentations, where winners will be revealed at a 5-star ceremony and evening dinner scheduled for 17th November at the Royal Lancaster Hotel, London.

At the end of June, it was announced that TV broadcaster and journalist Jennie Bond will be this year’s celebrity host at the Women In Meat Industry Awards ceremony and dinner.

Lead organiser Sharon Yandell commented: “The much anticipated presentations cover twelve categories and all will be revealed during the black tie event and dinner, which also features an after-party with dancing.

“The Women In Meat Industry Awards receive many thousands of votes each year and has become an important networking date in the meat industry calendar. I know we are in for another fantastic evening on 17th November. ”
