Gross profit for 2025 was a reported £602 million, up from 2024’s £560 million. Operating profit increased from £39 million in 2024 to £73 million in 2025.
In the chilled yogurts and desserts category, Müller achieved revenues of £423.7 million, up from £423.3 million in 2024.
Looking at UK revenue as a whole, Müller reported £2.4 billion in 2024, rising to £2.6 billion in 2025.
The business said it delivered a “resilient performance” in 2025 against a challenging market backdrop, but reported growth in value-added categories such as packet butter, which it said reflected changing consumer preferences and health-led purchasing trends.

Müller invests in future manufacturing
Müller stated that it had continued to invest in its manufacturing and supply chain network to enhance resilience, efficiency and customer service.
In 2025, the business had “invested significantly” in strengthening its production capabilities and in its operations to enable the business to grow its global dairy consumption figures while creating export opportunities and “driving supply chain resilience”. It reported that the company was now set up to achieve long-term profitable growth while reinvesting in the UK market.
