The annual awards initiative will celebrate the achievements of individuals, retailers, manufacturers, butchers and suppliers, with guests invited to the Hilton Birmingham Metropole near to the NEC to find out who will be taking home an award.

Hosting the event will be popular after dinner speaker and ex-England rugby star, Martin Bayfield. Graham Yandell MBE, publisher of Food Management Today and Meat Management magazine, who stage the awards, said: “This year’s ceremony is set to be a very special occasion as Martin Bayfield returns to the Meat Management Industry Awards for another fantastic evening.

“Martin is sure to provide lots of laughs and interesting anecdotes – he is an excellent speaker with a real passion for what he does.
