FMT Food Industry Awards: deadline for product entry approaches

Product entry for the FMT Food Industry Awards 2024 closes on Friday 2nd February.

The deadline for the 2024 FMT Food Industry Awards product nominations is fast approaching.

Organisers of the FMT Food Industry Awards are calling for members of the UK and Irish food industry to enter their products into the 2024 programme, as nominations close on Friday 2nd February.

Manufacturers, processors, retailers and suppliers from across the UK food sector are invited to nominate products into one or more of the nine product categories ahead of the nomination deadline.

Winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on Thursday 27th June 2024, which will be preceded by a business luncheon and is set to be held at the 5-star Royal Garden Hotel in Kensington, London.

Products can be nominated completely free of charge in these categories:

  • Best Ready to Eat Product
  • Best New Product Development
  • Best Frozen Product
  • Best Bakery Product
  • Best Seafood Product
  • Best Red Meat Product
  • Best Poultry Product
  • Best Dairy Product
  • Best Free From Product

There is no limit on the number of products that can be entered.

Readers can also propose their industry stars across seven voting categories:

  • Food Manufacturer of the Year
  • Best Ingredients Supplier
  • Best Machinery/Equipment Supplier
  • Best Trade Organisation
  • Best Training Initiative
  • Food Retailer of the Year
  • Food Industry Champion Award
