Keith Fisher, of the Institute of Meat, who heads up the judging team, commented: “This is always a stand-out annual event, and I am really looking forward to seeing the range and quality of products entered. Undoubtedly, the judging panel will have an enjoyable but busy few days in prospect. Based on previous events, I am sure we have some great products entered and an interesting range to assess.”

Publisher of Meat Management magazine Graham Yandell MBE commented: “The next awards ceremony and black-tie dinner is taking place on 3rd September. This is always a very special evening with excellent networking.

“Demand for tickets and tables is already high this year, so I recommend an early visit to the website to reserve places for the September ceremony and to take advantage of an early bird booking discount, which offers a big saving for those reserving tables now.”
