Grocery price inflation rose by 17.3% in the four weeks to 16th April 2023, down marginally on the 17.5% recorded in the previous four weeks.
Grocery price inflation has climbed again to reach 17.5% over the four weeks to 19th March 2023, a new record based on Kantar’s market data.

Grocery price inflation hit a record 16.7% in the four weeks to 22nd January 2023 according to Kantar, the highest level since tracking began in 2008.
